The Jeanneau-Dealer is not very ...

The Jeanneau-Dealer is not very interested in offering after-sales service. I was not even instructed in the details of operating the boat. Claims and complaints were not taken care of unless by outside companies. After waiting for 2 years a representative of the air condition manufacturer repaired the unit, while the Jeanneau-dealer is not willing to pay for the guarantee intervention. It took months to get a replacement for a broken door lock. Numerous examples could be added.
