Dealer support and knowledge of hull construction very lacking. Need direct Manufacturer support which does not appear to be available? Have water trapped somewhere near bow of hull. Have searched all compartments and find no standing water. Believe water may be absorbing into porous hull that perhaps did not get sufficient amount of resin injected in molding process? Had minor damage to stern starboard side while launching. Fiberglass technician that repaired said internal fiberglass fibers were DRY, insufficient resin applied. This is why boat so easily damaged and I suspect this leaves space for water to intrude? Believe possibly water seaps in through joints in thruster cut out? Need direct Manufacturer support. We are very satisfied with our 795 Series 2 except for the following items: the first, surprisingly, is the poor design of the windshield wipers, as the 2 wipers do not clear the entire windshield; the 1/3rd middle section is not cleared which makes it difficult to navigate in stormy weather or spray. The 2nd is that having visors for the front windshield would make navigating into the sun much easier. Have to wear a hat with the visor pulled down to see.

Love the boat, it has been a joy to own. It is a great ocean cruiser. We have an issue with the front cushions delaminating, asked our salesperson to contact Jeanneau, and were told there is nothing we can do. it would not be under warranty and we'd have to buy new ones. This is unacceptable. Will try to contact Jeanneau directly.

Support from manufacture is horrible. Many cracks in fiberglass/gel coat. Other issues still not fixed and missing items that were promised from dealer.

Heading into our third summer with our 795. We spend at least one night every weekend on the boat with our dog. The mattress is a wee bit hard, but we make it work. We just love it.
